Sauna Vision Jurney

The Sauna Vision Journey takes place in our handmade cob hut on our land at the end of the first weekend. It is held in a European style, blended with Moritz’s intuitive approach, which weaves mindful awareness of the somatic experience with the practice of sauna.

We believe this ceremony offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself, the group, and beyond. Clothing is optional for this part of the event—many people choose to wear a towel around their hips, a hamam cloth, or whatever makes them feel comfortable. Moritz creates a safe and supportive space for this ritual, drawing from extensive practice and experience.

He takes particular care to ensure that each participant feels well-supported, encouraging individuals to honor their personal boundaries and not be influenced by group dynamics that might lead them beyond what feels right and good for them.
